Enrollment Southwest Human Resource Agency Head Start A fun place for kids is now accepting applications for 3 and 4 year old children. With over 40 years of experience in early childhood education, Head Start has successfully provided support to children and their families in five component areas: Education Comprehensive Health Disability Services Social Services Parent Involvement Head Start is a FREE PRE-SCHOOL PROGRAM for children of families that qualify based on the federal poverty guidelines, childhood disabilities and various family circumstances.
