Applications should be submitted in person at the following address: G.W. Carver Early Learning Center 337 Gum Street Hahnville, LA 70057 Applications received after May 13, 2011 will be processed and qualified students will be placed on the waiting list and considered for enrollment as openings occur. St. Charles Public School Preschool Programs provide enrollment opportunities to eligible family regardless of race, sex, creed, national origin and disability. Eligibility is based on age and income. For assistance in completing the application, please contact Susan Muller at the Head Start Office at (985)783-6617 or Janice Johnson at the East Bank Head Start Center at (985) 764-7535.All of the information provided in this application is confidential.
