About This Organization

Head Start is a federally funded program that serves low income families and children with disabilities. Programs are located at 3 elementary school campuses. Please go to “Contact Us” Link for more information. Each program provides positive learning experiences that foster child’s intellectual, social and emotional growth to prepare for and support school success. Head Start staff recognize that as parents, you are the first and most important teachers of your children. They will welcome your involvement in Head Start activities, and will work as partners with you to help your child progress. Program Eligibility for Head Start is based on family income. Priority is based on points not on first come first served basis.
