About This Organization

Our goal is to use research-based, intentional techniques to insure children’s success in kindergarten and in life. We offer a culturally sensitive program that meets the individual needs and interests of each child. Educational experiences are integrated into all parts of the day, including meal times and outdoor time. Children participate in hands-on activities designed for their skill level, insuring each child experiences success and thus develops a love for learning.

Who is Eligible?

Head Start generally serves children ages 3 to 5 who meet local eligibility requirements. Pregnant women and children from birth to 3 years of age are eligible for Early Head Start services. Eligibility is determined by Head Start program staff and some families may be eligible for services if they are determined to be at or below the federal poverty level.
