Applying To apply for Early Head Start, Head Start or Next Door ‘s MPS Charter School, parents need to complete an Enrollment Pre – Application. Program Options Home Visitation Programs Prenatal Services Birth to age 3 Ages 3 to Wrap Around Programs Before & After School Care Kindergarten Summer Camp Center-based Programs Part Day for ages 3 Full Day for ages 6 weeks to 2 Full Day for ages 3 Full Day Kindergarten for ages 4 &5 Enrollment Selection Process (for Center-based Programs) - (Enrollment Flow Chart) All parent(s)/guardian(s) seeking to enroll their child (ren) into Early Head Start, Head Start or the Next Door Charter School must complete a Pre-Application, Intake Packet and Enrollment packet to be considered for selection into the program.
