About / How to Apply

In order to qualify for our wonderful free program for you need to: Early Head Start: Be an expecting mother OR Have a child from age Birth-3 OR Head Start Have a child from age 3 - 5 years old for Head Start or ECEAP and you can answer yes to one or both of the following: Your family must be determined "low income" as defined by Federal Poverty Guidelines for 2012 Your child may qualify if the family is over income and your child is identified as having a special need or disability If you are elligable, please follow the enrollment procedures listed below. Enrollment Procedure You MUST include photocopies of the following: A copy of your child's birth certificate or other acceptable form of legal identification that includes your child's date of birth. Proof of income for the past 12 months. This can be W2, Federal Income Tax form 1040, check stubs, award letters from DSHS/SSI or other documentation. Copies of your child's immunization records. Federal/State law requires children
