How to Enroll in Champlain Valley
Head Start or Early Head Start
If you are a parent of a child (birth to age five), or a pregnant woman, and you are interested in enrolling your child and family in Champlain Valley Head Start or Early Head Start, please follow these steps.
Complete an application. Click the appropriate link below to download the appropriate CVHS application.

Gather the required income documentation.
If you receive Reach Up, Child Care Financial Assistance, or Supplemental Security Income (SSI), please provide documentation of these benefits.
If the child applying is a foster child, please provide DCF documentation or court orders documenting the child’s status as a foster child.
