About / How to Apply

Enrollment The Family Resource Department processes all enrollment applications, determines eligibility of children and child placement, and provides support to families. Eligibility and family resource needs are confidential matters discussed on a one-to-one basis with Family Resource Specialist. An initial visit with the Family Services Specialist and other appropriate staff, when necessary, gives parents a chance to discuss our programs and services and complete required enrollment paperwork. If you are interested in enrollment into one of our programs, download a copy of our childcare application, and fax or mail it to our main office.
