This is a hostile and toxic work environment. I have seen teacher grab kids and push them around. Once I saw a teacher shove a 3 year old so hard they fell into the wall. The supervisor has favorites and ignores this horrible behavior from a majority of the staff and lies and starts rumors about staff she doesn’t like. She hunts for reasons to fired staff she doesn’t like. Never legitimate. One teacher was fired for using a school camera to take pictures of her children, who were enrolled as students at the time.
The cook serves spoiled milk and runs out of food too often.
The supervisor says one thing one day and then another the next just to have control.
A teacher at this center still has a job dispute abusing her own child and going to jail for it.
Many of these teachers just sit around and then act all perfect when it’s time for inspection.
This is not an okay center and someone needs to get involved before a child is seriously hurt or the supervisor chases away all the staff and clientele.
