How to Enroll Parents can enroll their children in Head Start by contacting the central office located in Reidsville. Priority is given to four year old children and to children in low income families. There is no fee associated with the Head Start program. When enrolling a child in Head Start, you will need the following: Birth Certificate Shot/Immunization Records Medicaid/Other Insurance Verification Income verification for all family members for the past 12 months including W2's, child support, and Work First Download the application : http://www.rockinghamcountyheadstart.org/files/documents/Enrollment_Application_09-24-2010_032503.pdf. Print it out, complete it, and bring it with you to the central office with the information listed above.
