About / How to Apply

HOW TO APPLY Come in Bring your child to any of our three sites, from Monday through Thursday, between 9 AM and 3 PM. Registration You will need the following documents to register your child: Child's Birth CertificateSocial Security cards for all family members in the household (if applicable)Your child's Immunization CardHealth Insurance for all members of the familyProof of Income (Budget letter or four pay stubs or latest tax return)Welfare I.D.School schedule, if you are attending college.EnrollmentFamilies are notified in June about September enrollment. Children may be enrolled until May in any given year if space is available. Once your child is accepted into the program, staff will contact you to provide information and answer your questions.
