APPLICATION QUESTIONS How do I apply? A parent or guardian must complete an application for enrollment and submit it at any ACAP Head Start center. Applications may be pick-up at any Head Start center, ACAPâ€™s Albany Outreach Center, or downloaded from our website. Once applications are processed selections for program spots are made based on a number of criteria.
