4. PROOF OF INCOME – any one of the following: Letter from Current Employer, Last Pay Stub, W2 Form, or TANF stub

Head Start and Early Head Start are federally funded programs that service primarily low-income children and their families. To be eligible for the Programs, families must qualify according to the income guideline set by the federal government.
