About / How to Apply

Eligibility Program serves infants and toddlers up to three years old and young pregnant mothers with priority given to pregnant teens. Families of children with disabilities are encouraged to apply. To apply, you must present the following: proof of childâ€™s age; family income; residency in Hinds County; and a verification form from your doctor (if pregnant). Dates and Times: Applications can be taken at any Early Head Start site between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Program Costs: Free
