Early Head Start Application Procedure for FamiliesTVCCA Head Start uses a referral/application process to recruit and enroll 3 and 4 year old children for all of our New London County programs. We also have a small Infant-Toddler program in the Norwich area for parents who are able to attend with their child. Once the initial referral contact is complete we will call you to schedule an application appointment. You will be asked to bring the following:Your child’s Birth CertificateSocial Security cards for everyone living in the householdFour weeks of consecutive pay verificationLegal Guardianship, if it appliesCopy of your child’s last physical, including dates for TB and lead tests.During this appointment we will discuss options that will best meet the needs of the families.
