About / How to Apply

Preschool Enrollment and Eligibility Information Parents may request an application anytime during the year from the school site or the Early Childhood Program main office at 7675 Magnolia Avenue, Riverside, CA 92504 or by phone (951) 352-8290. The parent or legal guardian must complete a Recruitment Form (see link below) and provide the child's birth certificate, immunization record, and proof of income in order to be placed on the "Eligibility List" for Head Start and State Preschool. Please note that this does not insure that your child will be given a place in the class. Priority of enrollment is based on Family Ranking, not on a first come, first serve basis. The County of Riverside has a Centralized Eligibility List (CEL) that you will be placed on and given a rank number for your family.
