About / How to Apply

CRIT Head Start is currently accepting applications for the 2010-2011 program year. A child must be between ages 3 to 4 by August 31, 2010. Enrollment packets may be picked up at the Head Start center, located at 18026 Mohave Road in the Parker Valley. If you are unable to come to the center, a packet can be mailed to you by calling the number provided above. Parent/Guardians must have the child's birth certificate, immunization record and proof of income (W-2, 2009 Tax return, TANF statement, current month check stubs). If the child is a tribal member, please bring the child's certificate of enrollment. For more information, please contact Cheryl A. McCabe, ERSEA/Data Specialist at (928) 662-4311.Beginning February 1, 2011 we will begin accepting applications for the 2011-2012 program year. All children must have a health screening, Tuberculosis Test (TB), and a Blood Lead Level to complete their application for the program.
